Can it be stopped?
sure, it CAN be stopped! if everyone works together in the community to organize events, maybe the rate
of violence will go down. Organizing community events which award prizes to its participants
may be a way because if the violent, abusive people go to these events, they can find a way to experience what it is
lke away from thier lifes of crime.
